Vita shows load safety software

USA-based Vita Industrial will be offering live demonstrations of its will be Vita Load Navigator (VLN) software at ConExpo 2023 (booth F8552).

The system includes aviation sensors which the company said will automatically stabilize loads and prevent them from spinning as it can detect loads and wind speeds.

Also, high-powered air thrusters adjust loads within milliseconds with up to 1° accuracy. The unit can be controlled via a remote for precision lifting.

At ConExpo, Vita said the demonstrations will show how the VLN can increase safety, efficiency, precision, and therefore, profitability when managing loads compared to the use of taglines.

Rockford, Illinois-based The Caldwell Group Inc. manufactures the spreader beam component of Vita Inclinata Technologies Inc.’s load navigator system.

New partnership

At ConExpo, Vita Industrial is also highlighting its work with DPR Construction, a US-based general contractor.

In recent months, DPR and Vita have partnered in a pilot program of Vita’s hardware and software solutions at a Southern California DPR project site.
