A new fleet management system will be launched by Rouse Services at the 2023 ConExpo-CON/AGG exhibition in Las Vegas, US.

Fleet Manager, which was developed by Ritchie Bros. subsidiary Rouse Services, is designed for equipment rental companies and contactors.

It aims to support users “throughout the entire equipment lifecycle” by giving them real-time access to current Ritchie Bros market values and auction results, as well as self-service access to the auctioneer’s IronPlanet, Marketplace-E and Ritchie List selling platforms.

Doug Rusch, Managing Director (Sales), Rouse Services, said, “Today’s used equipment market is ever-changing, making it more important than ever to stay informed and act fast.

“Our new Fleet Manager tool is built to support customers throughout the entire equipment lifecycle, with daily insights you can act on.

“We have learned a lot from past iterations of our IMS tools and have made improvements, including an easier fleet upload process thanks to Rouse’s modern AI-powered capabilities, more robust pricing trends and analytics with data from Rouse and Ritchie Bros., and quick access to multiple sales solutions.”

Rouse’s Fleet Manager tool, which can be downloaded to a desktop or mobile device, also lets users access machine-specific value adjustments, equipment photo upload & storage, and provides filtering capabilities.

ConExpo visitors will be able to view a demo of the system at the company’s joint stand with Ritchie Bros, located in the West Hall, booth W43001.

Ann Fandozzi, Ritchie Bros, CEO, said, “This year in Las Vegas we will be celebrating the launch of a new version of our inventory management system, powered by Rouse Services, which will connect to all our marketplace services and solutions and allow our customers to transact across our channels while being informed by industry-leading insights directly in the application.”

While the standard version of the tools is free, with more comprehensive capabilities are available through premium upgrades.

These include Rouse’s “RB Equipment Insights package that provides market values for retail and wholesale channels, a trade-in valuation tool, value opinion documentation for insurance claims, custom fields and filters, two-way ERP communication, Rouse Insights, and a sales performance benchmarking dashboard,” said Rusch.

The introduction of the new inventory management systems comes as Rouse celebrates “record-breaking customer growth in 2022”.

Last year the company attracted 60 new rental companies and equipment dealers to its customer base, and carried out appraisals for more than US$50 billion worth of equipment across North America and the UK.
