Crane manufacturer Tadano has launched a 60 tonne capacity truck mounted crane for the Singapore market.

The GS-600EX has a five-section hexagonal box boom with a reach of 42 metres and is fitted on a Scania carrier. It also has the Eco-mode function to use less fuel and it can travel on public roads with the counterweight, the manufacturer added.

The new model has a monitoring device, Hello-Net, which monitors crane activity, work history, machine position data, and maintenance information, the manufacturer said. It is also fitted with the AML safety device, hydraulically operated four-point outriggers and slewable front and H-type rear outriggers.
