Each tank weighed 56 tonnes and were 7.52 metres long, 2.6 metres wide and 5.77 metres high.

The company said that the main challenge was the route though suburban areas with narrow roads.

Due to the height of the cargo, Megalift had to obtain approvals from various authorities to execute the job. Many of the hanging cables had to be removed or temporarily elevated.

Additionally, Megalift submitted applications to the Public Works Department for permission to remove and reinstate three traffic light posts; as well as adjustments to the barriers, fencing and guardrails to make way for their transport.
