JLG has appointed Sudhir Power as its distributor for North and West India.

Ian Hume, sales director JLG Middle East, Africa and India, said, “With Sudhir Power, JLG has partnered with a knowledgeable and strong distributor which offers a unique level of service in the region. JLG’s customers will benefit from the support that Sudhir Power can provide through their extensive branch network. Their appointment will be a significant improvement in fulfilling the need for access equipment on the growing Indian market.”

Sudhir Power is a leading power equipment manufacturer, including generators, transformers and switchboards. The company has annual revenues of around $300 million and has five manufacturing facilities across India.

“We are excited to partner with another world leader in the form of JLG Industries,” said Rahul Seth, joint managing director Sudhir Power. “As the emphasis on safety becomes more prominent, we expect the market to grow for JLG access equipment. Our customers are our greatest priority to whom we now offer the advantage of multi-product integrated solutions.”
