German crane rental company Mayer has got its fourth mobile crane from Tadano Faun.

Mayer, based in Burgberg in Southern Germany, received the new 400 tonne capacity ATF 400G-6 all terrain after putting it through its paces on a project to replace the ski jump platform at the Oberstdorf Olympic ski jump.

It was handed over to Mayer after completing the ski jump project. The management and drivers of Mayer Autokran-Vermietungs received it from Satoru Oyashiki, Tadano Faun managing director and Thomas Schramm, general manager of sales and marketing.
