The 12 tonne capacity Linden Comansa 16LC185 flat top tower crane is also being used for the loading and unloading of net equipment and the clamping system. It has been erected at the port, about 5 metres above sea level, on a 4.5 m wide base. It has been configured with an under hook height of 20.2 m and a 45 m jib. The crane is operated by radio remote control.
