Cepak chainsaw solution

Germany-based Cepak has introduced the Bracket Adapter which allows tree care workers to place chainsaws safely in the basket while manoeuvring from one job to another. The Bracket Adapter is attached to the side of the basket and holds the company’s Toolprotect chainsaw holder in place.

The company says it is the first in its portfolio of products capable of attaching Toolprotect chainsaw holders on platforms. The adapter has an installation height of 360mm – 560mm and a minimum width of 265mm on the side of the basket. The slim, lightweight unit can be mounted by hand, with no tools, and the position can be changed in seconds. It is TÜV-Austria approved and has CE-conformity.

The Toolprotect chainsaw holder is the first of its kind with CE-conformity and is made of new technical elastomer – a cutting resistant, unbreakable, highly wear-resistant material. It is also highly flexible, minimising the danger of injuries. Its construction means the chain links lie free, so the chain is not damaged through vibration in transport.
