How the new Hovago facility in Dordrecht will look

Dutch crane company Hovago Cranes is preparing to increase capacity by building a new industrial complex.

It has purchased a building plot of approximately 12,942 square metres at the Dordtse Kil III business park in Dordrecht. The new buildings planned for the site will be to create sufficient space to accommodate the company’s trading stock of mobile cranes.

The development comprises a sustainable, entirely gas-free industrial complex, consisting of two symmetrical office areas with industrial units over a total area of approximately 1,440 m². Building work is scheduled to start in early October 2018 and Hovago plans to be operational at its new premises from mid-May 2019.

Hovago mainly specializes in mobile cranes and has been operating around the world since it was incorporated in 1946, purchasing, selling and renting cranes out. It is part of the ProDelta Group, an investment company with a portfolio that includes ProDelta Real Estate, ProDelta Investments and Hovago Cranes.
